Michelle Hartly is known as an innovative change agent, pioneering leader, and senior executive in multiple industries including film and television production, the creative arts, and supporting nonprofit development and direction.

She is known to always make an impact in dynamic ways that lead to multimillion-dollar revenue growth, societal change, and entrepreneurial vision.

Michelle leverages over 20 years of leadership positions and large-scale accomplishments in the film and television industry.
With a specific interest in supporting and promoting film incentives, she has been a member of the Producer’s Guild of America, contributor to the PGA’s FilmUSA commission, and owner of two film companies. She is highly accomplished in her industry. Throughout her career, she has produced over 60 hours of Emmy award-winning international television and has achieved production services for over 238 film and television productions.
Michelle has also conducted financing, design, and development of successful production studios in Southern California, New Mexico, and Arizona, including actively promoting and financing large film tax incentives.​

Michelle is also Co-founder of the World Hero Foundation, championing our first responders, defenders, and heroes by providing mission-critical financial assistance as well as advocacy.

In the process of making her vision a reality, she has also galvanized political support for her national campaigns by working with U.S. representatives and senators on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C.
